It was inaugurated in 2012 and is strategically positioned in an area of easy access to the coffee-producing areas of Mogiana and Southern Minas Gerais and the main highways that connect Pinhal to large cities in the region. Equipped with roasters and mills of last generation, Bacchi is prepared to receive coffees of all kinds and qualities, whether commercial, special or organic. We have modern packers and sealers, suitable for vacuum technology, and automatic balers, which ensure efficiency and quality in the packaging of coffees. In addition, we have specialized professionals such as: G- grader, barista, classifiers and tasters COB and SCAA, master of roasting. Bacchi has all kinds of raw materials from traditional, superior, gourmet, and special coffees; is certified by ABIC purity seal, abic pqc traditional and gourmet, UTZ, organic IBD, Demeter, USDA, OIAS, CQI Coffee Quality Institute, FDA, Rainforest Alliance, KOSHER.
