BIRIZ FLEXIBLE is a leading company in the flexible packaging sector in Gaziantep – Turkey, which was established in 2015 with state of art rotogravure printing and lamination technology. Our factory is situated in Gaziantep – TURKEY in a 20.000 sqm area. We are doing rotogravure printing on all Windmöller&Hölscher machines (latest German technology) on all kinds of laminated films, such as Pet, Opp, Pvc, PA, Paper etc. and we are offering the most attractive and captivating designs on printed packages of all types. We have two rotogravure printing lines (8 and 10 colours) and third line is coming soon which will be 11 colours. We have three lamination lines (all Nordmeccanica), with and without solvent; four slitting machines and our own graphic design department in our factory. We have a cylinder manufacturing department inhouse where we produce our own cylinders which is one of our biggest advantages, besides that we have a dispensing unit which allows us to make a flawless colour management and reach the desired colour tones and pantones, in accordance with our customer needs.
