About Us

Bentomar was founded in 1986 in São Paulo city, with the aim in reselling of bentonite for the foundry and engineering works aimed at civilians. In 1989 this company the company was also in action for the production of foundry sand to Shell Molding System, with a monthly output ranging around 500 tonnes months.

In 2002, a new regeneration facility was located that has helped to consolidate its leader position in the market.

Besides bentonite production, there are also the productions of Insulating Gloves exothermic in fast-growing, refractory coatings and the entire line of auxiliary products for aluminum, brass and bronze, resins and catalysts, silicate, and many other products for foundries throughout Brazil and MERCOSUR.
