Field Ready Tractor – Fully Inspected and Tested

Our Field Ready Tractors are thoroughly inspected, tested, and serviced to ensure they are fully operational and ready to go straight to work upon delivery.

Workshop Inspection & Servicing

Each tractor undergoes a comprehensive inspection of all major systems, including:

Engine
Front Axle
Steering System
Clutch
Gearbox / Transmission
Hydraulic Lift System
Braking System
PTO (Power Take-Off)
Electrical System

Any worn or defective components identified during inspection are repaired or replaced as required.

Performance Testing
Engine Dyno Test

The tractor is dyno tested to verify engine performance, PTO output, and power delivery, ensuring optimum operating efficiency.

Hydraulic Lift Test

The complete hydraulic system and 3-point linkage are tested to confirm lifting capacity, hydraulic pressure, and proper operation.

Road Test

A full road test is carried out to evaluate:

Transmission performance
Clutch operation
Front axle functionality
Steering response
Braking efficiency

Any necessary repairs or adjustments are completed before the tractor is approved for sale.

Ready for Work

Once all inspections and tests have been successfully completed, the tractor is certified as Field Ready, meaning it is in good working condition and prepared for immediate use in agricultural, landscaping, and farm operations.

Wheels secured with heavy-duty wheel chocks and transport restraints. Engine compartment, hydraulic components, PTO system, lights, and electrical systems protected with industrial-grade wrapping. Operator station, controls, seat, and dashboard covered with weather-resistant protective materials. Mounted and secured on a heavy-duty loading platform when required. Heavy-duty chains, straps, and lashing equipment used to prevent movement during transit. Weather-resistant shrink wrap applied to protect against dust, moisture, and corrosion. Suitable for containerized shipment, flat-rack loading, Ro-Ro transportation, or breakbulk shipment. Shipping marks and identification labels attached for customs clearance. Complete export packing, loading, and shipping documentation provided. Loading Method: 20ft Container, 40ft Container, Flat Rack Container, Ro-Ro (Roll-on/Roll-off), or Breakbulk shipment depending on tractor size, quantity, and destination requirements.
