Honey La Nodriza® is a tribute to the name of the historic beekeeping establishment of the Schneiter Family, we want to leave in this line of products all our imronta and concept of differential quality. Monofloral honeys stand out for providing us with the defined organoleptic characteristics of the predominant botanical species that gave rise to the nectar where the bees collected.
They are available in 500 g glass containers. They come in boxes for 12 units and can be mix of choice. In this way we offer honeys differentiated with selective work from the apiary, presenting monofloral honeys of:
Acacia: light honeys of yellow hue, soft, floral and scented. This honey can be provided in liquid form with a rapid crystallization rate.
Eucalyptus: amber honeys, persistent, very characteristic woody taste and smell.
Prairie: light amber honeys, characteristic floral flavor, very sweet, with characteristic aromas from clovers and alfalfas.
