Description
Ginger, also known as kion in Peru is a widely used spice. It is a key ingredient in many recipes, and is widely used in Asian cuisine. The part that is consumed is the rhizome (which is an underground stem), which has a characteristic flavor and aroma and the reason that many dishes taste good every time this ingredient is used. Dehydrated ginger flakes are more easily stored than fresh, whole rhizomes, and preserve organoleptic characteristics better.
Our drying method is by means of a dehydrating machine from 65 to 70 ° C, with a humidity of 8% maximum and is disinfected using ozone and UV rays. All equipment is made of stainless steel.
