Available in 13 different colors, TFC’s cable is designed to handle the ever-increasing demands of hi-technology signal processing equipment used within the headend. <br><br>A critical performance metric for headend cable is the ability to minimize signal loss and prevent “cross-talk” between cables. That is why TFC’s high-quality cable construction is designed for maximum shielding effectiveness for frequencies up to 3 GHz. As density and loss requirements vary between upstream and downstream signal flow within the headend, TFC offers the following types of cable:<br><br>• Standard headend 59 cable with trishield braid (foil, 95\% braid, foil)<br>• Standard headend 59 cable with quad shielding (95\% braid, foil, 95\% braid, foil) for maximum shielding effectiveness<br>• Mini headend 59 cable with standard 95\% braid for denser applications<br>• Mini headend 59 cable with quad shielding (95\% braid, foil, 90\% braid, foil) for dense areas connecting the CMTS to the switch.
