Description
It is a scale-shaped product that when hydrated in water acquires an elastic structure similar to meat.

Uses and applications
The product comes in three particle size ranges.
The granulometry to be used in the elaboration of the various foods, is related to the final texture that is desired in the product.
Soy texture is used in the production of meat products; emulsions, burgers, sausages and other derivatives.
It also has other applications such as: ingredient for batter mix, batter, cereal bars, food preparations, among others.
