PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS: HEAVY-DUTY, CREAMY, DEODARIZED SHORTENING WITH ANTI
FOAMING AGENTS. PRODUCT RESISTS OXIDATION AND HAS LOW FREE FATTY ACID BUILD UP.
CREAMY WHITE APPEARANCE AND SOLID TEXTURE.
SHIPPING AND STORAGE TEMPERATURE: 45 – 80°F
Characteristics: Free Fatty Acid percentage not greater than 2. The product is suitable for human consumption subject to further processing.
